If you have no establishment in Portugal and sell automotive and/or industrial batteries to Portuguese end-users (private or corporate end-users), you must have a take-back system as GVB and an Authorised Representative.

What do I need to join GVB?

If you have no establishment in Portugal and are selling to Portuguese end-users (private or corporate end-users) you must have an Authorised Representative.

it is the Authorised Representative who will handle all the contractual and registration/membership processes for you, on your behalf.
